About Us

Why choose us:

We have over 30 years combined experience working within the NHS, professional football, private practice and occupational health all of which has helped to develop a multi-faceted, dedicated team of highly qualified chartered Physiotherapists to deliver an effective, “hands on” face to face treatment approach to the local sporting and general population.

Common conditions we treat:

Neck Pain
Back Pain (Inc. Sciatica)
Shoulder Pain
Knee Pain
Ligament & Cartilage Injuries

What to expect:

Your first appointment will last 45 mins and will initially involve a comprehensive discussion of your condition and what you hope to achieve from physiotherapy.

We will then carry out a physical assessment to enable us to provide you with a diagnosis and treatment plan. This is likely to include advice on the treatment techniques that we can use in clinic, whilst explaining how you can help manage your symptoms with some rehabilitation exercises at home.

Clients are advised to wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing, but due to the nature of our work you may be asked to remove some clothing in order to accurately assess or treat the area. This however would be explained by the physio and only undertaken if the client felt comfortable and was happy to do so.

We have both male and females working within the clinics and you can also bring a chaperone along if desired.
